Ameripak’s returnable wood crates are built to make multiple round trips between your facility and your customer’s dock, cutting your per-shipment packaging cost as the crate earns its keep over dozens of cycles. Returnable crates can be made from thicker 3/4″ plywood and 2×4 wood cleating to reinforce the outer crate walls.

Built knock-down or collapsible where it helps, our returnable crates fold flat for the empty return leg to cut inbound freight costs, and can be designed with removable or replaceable foam dunnage so the protective interior keeps pace even as the outer crate keeps shipping.
