UN Testing and Certification:

Our independent testing facility performs rigorous tests in accordance with DOT Title 49 Section 173, 178, and 185. UN testing procedures for lithium battery packaging includes:

Vibration — packaging passes the vibration test if there is no rupture or leakage (49 CFR 178.985)
Bottom Lift — there may be no permanent deformation which renders the packaging unsafe for transportation and no loss of contents (49 CFR 178.970)
Stacking — there may be no loss of contents and no permanent deformation that renders the whole packaging, including the base pallet, unsafe for transportation (49 CFR 178.980)
Drop — there may be no loss of the filling substance from inner packaging(s) or article(s) (49 CFR 178.965)
